Anyone else craving something sweet?
Well, before you dive into that Blue Bell, think about substituting for one of these yummy, healthier treats!
Keep in mind that the woman's body only needs a max amount of 20 -25 grams (up to 6 teaspoons) of sugar!
Here's my list of a few healthier dessert options:
-Fruit (the good ole natural sugar intake)
-Dark Chocolate (the higher percentage, the better (and more bitter))
-Vanilla (or Plain with some honey added) Greek Yogurt (I like to add dark chocolate chips and/or coconut)
-Protein Milk Shake (found under my recipes)
*Try and stay away from artificial sugars, foods with high fructose corn syrup, and foods that you can't pronounce the ingredients!*
