I'm writing today to share with you my new fitness goal! Ready...
If you know me, I am NOT a runner. If I make it to half a mile without stopping, I feel like I've done 3 miles.
I'm telling you, this is going to be a challenge. My friend, Vanessa, is the one who will be training with me (yes, she talked me into it! Haha!). We plan to do a half marathon! So far, I've succeed to run 1-2 miles without stopping, but it hasn't been easy!
Okay, so here's where I'm going to need your help!
1. What half marathon should we do? We both live in the Houston area, but we don't mind venturing out!
2. What running shoes do you suggest?
Below, I've attached a variety of shoes that have sparked my interest, but I honestly don't even know which ones are good for long distance running. I'm hoping to get some help!
