I was recently on Pinterest and found a healthy mug cake recipe... I had to tweak it a bit because I didn't have all of the ingredients in our pantry. The recipe I have for you is a vanilla version and it's delicious! I posted boomerangs of my cakes on my IG story and have received many messages asking for the recipe, so here it is:
3 TBS almond flour
2 TBS honey
Dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all of the above ingredients in a microwave safe mug. Microwave for 2 min. Add whatever to the top!
Last night I added Enjoy Life chocolate chips and "baked" some in and added some on top!
This time sprinkles!
Tastes like a yummy vanilla cake (and it's gluten free)!
