Okay, so I don't exactly have any recipes for you this evening. It has been a busy weekend! I ventured out to Dallas on Friday and got home yesterday. Last night, Justin and I kicked off our anniversary by celebrating Downtown. Today, Justin and I celebrated some more!
As for a post on the blog, I just wanted to fill you guys in with what I have planned for the week health wise. Since I haven't been eating as well as I'd like, I am starting tomorrow morning. Yes, tomorrow morning. Typically, I would say now, but I just downed half of our cake from our wedding. It was a little freezer burnt, but still good! Ha!
Alright, tomorrow I am kicking off my little fall detox by eating small meals through out the day. This is what most of the week will look like:
BREAKFAST: Rice cake with natural peanut butter on top / Iced Coffee with sugar free vanilla and heavy whip
AM Snack: Fruit
LUNCH: Wrap! You can find my wrap recipe under my recipes tab at the top!
PM Snack: Kind Bar
DINNER: Grilled Chicken with Broccoli
And of course, I can't forget WATER! Lots of it!
