I am going to try something new starting in November. I thought I would try sending out an email newsletter! How it will work... if you leave me your email, I will send you a monthly newsletter featuring the following:
1. A healthy recipe (and other health/fitness tips)
2. What's to come on the blog
3. Some sort of motivational spill
4. Fashion/beauty tips
5. Any other randomness you might enjoy :)

Oh! Before I forget, I put together a yummy and healthy week's worth of a meal plan (and workout idea) for you. I usually buy groceries once a week, so this is a good guide for what to buy to keep you fueled for a week! You can see how to make the wrap under my recipes tab at the top. You can find the pita snack pack under the what's in my lunchbox tab. As for the chili recipe, you might be seeing that recipe in November's newsletter (hint, hint)! :)
