Also, I have been out of town this weekend so it's been a little hard for me to post!
Since it is so late and I've been pretty busy this weekends, this will just be a preview of a lunch idea for the week! Next week, I will for sure post every detail of my lunches.
Okay, here's what I grabbed from the store for the week:
Okay... I don't really use the milk for lunch, but whatevs...
Also, I bought some fresh Cajun turkey from the deli and some shredded Colby Jack cheese!

Alright, here's a little something that I am making for lunch this week! It is seriously so yummy! And filling!
I'm making a wrap using a whole wheat tortilla, baby spinach, pico, red onions, Cajun turkey, shredded cheese, and jalapeño hummus!
Below is a picture of each layer! I start with the hummus then end up with the spinach on top!
Roll it up and there you have it! This is very yummy! I also bought some pita bread to mix it up. Obviously, you can substitute for more veggies or take away something you don't like! This is simple and satisfying!
It also goes well with some fresh fruit! I plan on taking this wrap with some fruit and the veggies I bought! I don't limit myself to fruits or veggies. They make great snacks throughout the day! I bought the Greek yogurt to mix with a Ranch packet. It goes great with the veggies or even as a spread on your wrap!
