Feeling a little unmotivated or discouraged? Do you think you won't get where you will feel comfortable with yourself?
Real talk here,
Don't expect to see results in two days, a week, and maybe not even in two weeks.
I heard on the radio that the average American will attempt to eat healthy and it only lasts four days. Why is this?
Because most of the time we don't believe in ourselves. We trust our minds over our bodies.
The only thing standing in your way is, well, you.
But guess what...you can do it.
Trust me, you can. But better yet, trust yourself. Your body depends on you. And you depend on your body.
How much willpower do you actually have?
Test it. I dare you.
And I don't know how many times I've heard this: if it were easy, everyone would be doing it and succeed.
It will be hard! But It all depends on how much dedication you put into it!
Start by being positive. Love your body. Give it the nutrients it needs! Yes, you might have some slip ups! That's okay! I know I did this week when I was away with a group for a conference, but am I giving up? Nope. I'm just going to get right back at it!
Here's another thing to do, be yourself. Accept yourself and others. Be thankful for what you have. You have the tools it takes to build a better you! And God gave you the power of love to spread to others and help/support them!
If you begin to do those things, even though you might not SEE results within two weeks, you will definitely FEEL results! And that's just the beginning of a wonderful lifestyle change!
So whether you're trying to lose weight, maintain weight, gain muscles, or even gain weight, don't be discouraged! You truly are amazing. Begin to love yourself and your body. Be nice to your body! Be nice to yourself and to others!
I believe in you, but do you believe in yourself?
You have what it takes to create a happier and healthier you!
